River View Place Hotel

It is a modern hotel originally built as condominium or apartments for business executives who were plant managers at nearby industrial estates but when Thailand went through economic turmoil two years ago, all the executives left for home. The owners turned this place into a hotel and what is remarkable about this place is that it is suitable for tourists and especially families to stay here. The rooms are clean and very big. You could fit four or five beds into each room and still have room to run around.

A family of four can easily stay in one room without feeling claustrophobic. Don?t expect too much in terms of amenities.

The three-star hotel offers amazingly large guest rooms, perfect for families with young children. The view of the river and local temples near the hotel can be enjoyed from your own private balcony. The hotel is next to the Pom Phet fortress ruins and within easy walking distance to a great selection of local restaurants. Tuk-tuks are the most convenient and inexpensive mode of transportation here and can be flagged down easily from in front of the hotel. There are also river ferries nearby.
