HOPE LAND offers apartments decorated in cream and white providing a calming, spacious atmosphere. There is a selection of 4 different choices of Studios, 7 choices for the One Bedroom Suites and 3 choices for the Two Bedroom Suites.

Studio
The Studios are single bedroom compact and provide a pantry inside, ranging in size from 40 sq.m. to 45 sq.m. with balcony.

All apartments are available for a short term and long term stay leasing up to 1 year or moreover. And the apartments are provided:

• Fully furnished apartment with well-equipped kitchen and utensils.
• Daily cleaning of room with towel set and lined change service 3 times a week.
• Television, DVD Player with cable network channels and UBC's programs.
• Safety Box in your room.
• Free of charge in room high speed internet connection.
• Restaurant and room services will be charged upon your selected orders.
• Free of charge for using inside facilities, swimming pool, sauna & steam room and fitness center.
• 24 hours receptions counter services.
• 24 hours security guards and maintenance services.
• Laundry Services and Iron / Ironing Board (Available upon your request).

The One Bedroom Suites are suitable for a small family, utilities spaces for living and dining with kitchen corner, ranging in size from 50 sq.m. to 65 sq.m. with balcony.

Welcome to Hope Land Executive Serviced Apartments .We offer a total of 187 rooms, all elegantly designed to cater for all your needs for your stay in Bangkok. With English, Thai and Japanese speaking staff you will always be serviced as efficiently and as fast as possible. Hope Land is located in the heart of Bangkoks Central Business District on Sukhumvit 24.

Hope Land is only a walk away from the widely known shopping centre, Emporium on Sukhumvit Road and shopping outlets Carefore and Tesco Lotus on Rama 4 Road. Access to many other destinations is easy with the Skytrain. The nearest station is Phrom Phrong, located right next to Emporium itself. Or the option of the subway which is only a 10 minute walk to Asoke MRT. Even the Airport itself feels so near with the entrance to the Express Way being only 10 minutes away and a total of a 40 minute journey to the Airport.

In-House Facilities
Residents of Hope Land are fully invited to use any of our In-House facilities as often as you choose with no extra cost. In-House's facilities include Fitness Center, Sauna and Steam Room, Outside Swimming Pool with Jacuzzi and Business Center Services.

The Fitness Center is a modern and well-equipped Gym on the 5th Floor. Various exercises include Running and Weight Lifting Machines. Our Sauna and Steam Rooms are also available on the 5th floor right next to the Fitness Center.

The Outside Swimming Pool with Jacuzzi is available on the 7th floor with an amazing view.

The Business Center is open 24 hours and two PC Computers are available for your convenience complete with access to the internet. We also provide Wireless Lan Internet Access if you choose to access the internet in the privacy of your own room.

All facilities are completely free of charge to all residents and their guests whilst they stay in Hope Land.

RISE Restaurant is situated on the ground floor is given direct access from Hope Land. The Menu includes an International Cuisine of European, Thai and Japanese. Room Service is also available via RISE Restaurant with numerous choices from the menu.
